i all! I'm also a newbie to the forums... it would appear I'm one of the only members from SE GA? Any other Savannahians or nearby?

I'm going to make an attempt to get to Helen in September... it's always a gorgeous drive.

I'd love to do the Dragon too, but it's a reallyyyy long way from here :/

Hey Blueskiessav---welcome to the forum---as I told FastCat I am fairly new here also---I do know that once you are in Helen, the Dragons Tail is not that far away----I've done day-trips from Helen to the Dragon and back to Helen on several occasions---it is a full day's drive, but very do-able.

Thanks for the welcomes! I think my father and I will likely attend one or the other (Helen or Dragon), but I'm not sure which yet.

Right now, I'm just happy to have finally fixed my air conditioning. I can sit at a stop light and not die of a heat stroke now!

Who would have thought one fuse would be the culprit to an overheating engine and no AC.
